Metabolic Assessment

Thank you for your interest in the Elevate program. Your first step as part of the program is to undergo a metabolic assessment.

This involves a medical questionnaire and an at-home blood test which will provide us important information about your body’s chemical balance and metabolism (i.e. the process of how the body uses food and energy), as well understand your medical history.

This is essential for our doctors to understand your situation, determine the root causes of your weight gain and confirm that you are eligible for GLP-1 medication (and if not, what other treatments are suitable for you.)
