The distinguishing feature of the Elevate Program is that it doesn’t impose any strict dietary restrictions on its users. Nevertheless, it’s advisable to incorporate healthy dietary and lifestyle changes to attain sustainable outcomes, which the program’s doctors will discuss with patients during their teleconsultations.
The Elevate Program includes 2 teleconsultations with a doctor and unlimited medical support from our team of pharmacists who are available via text or call. To be put in touch with our medical please email us at hello@tryelevate.sg.
The Elevate Program has shown to help patients lose up to 15% of their body weight within one year, which is a significant improvement compared to patients who rely solely on behavioural changes to lose weight. In addition to weight loss, the medication used in the program has been linked to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, along with other positive physical and mental health improvements such as better sleep quality and improved mobility.
Typically, patients can expect to lose around 5% of their body weight by month 6 of the program while taking GLP-1 medication, with further weight loss of up to 10-15% achievable by month 12 if they choose to extend the treatment.
The Elevate Program is a 6 month program (182 days). You may exit the program after month 1 if you do not wish to continue with the treatment and you will not be billed for subsequent months. If you wish to stop the program please email us at hello@tryelevate.sg or reach out to us via the live chat feature on our website.
The Elevate Program begins with a metabolic test & teleconsultation to assess your eligibility that costs a total of $75.
The body’s biology plays a crucial role in weight loss, which is why a metabolic lab test is necessary. By examining an individual’s hormones and metabolism, the test provides insight into how their body is currently functioning. This information is crucial for our doctors to determine whether the GLP-1 medication prescribed by the program is suitable for the patient.
If you have filled out the medical questionnaire and have been deemed ineligible for the program, we recommend that you reach out to our customer care team at hello@tryelevate.sg. Our team will be happy to arrange a teleconsultation with one of our doctors to explore alternative weight loss.
The Elevate Program uses GLP-1 prescription medication which can help you lose up to 10-15% body weight in 1 year by improving metabolic function, regulating digestion and suppressing appetite. This medication has been approved by the US FDA.
Current scientific findings provide a better understanding of how our health & biology impact our weight. A new category of drugs, known as GLP-1s, tackle these biological elements directly.
GLP-1s are a type of medication called glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). GLP-1s have been FDA and deemed safe and effective for managing a number of conditions, including weight management and type 2 diabetes, when taken as directed. GLP-1 medications come in pre-filled injector pens and are self-administered through subcutaneous injection. GLP-1s help with weight management in the following ways:
Improves metabolic function
GLP-1s regulate blood sugar by stimulating insulin and inhibiting glucagon, while improving insulin sensitivity in muscle cells and regulating fat cell growth. This leads to improved metabolism and weight loss.
Regulates digestion
GLP-1s can improve digestion by slowing down the emptying of the stomach, leading to a longer feeling of fullness and reduced appetite. They also stimulate the release of enzymes and bile acids, which help to
break down and absorb food more efficiently.
Shifts set point
GLP-1s help to shift the body’s “set point” (the weight your body fights to maintain) by modifying the activity of brain regions involved in hunger and satiety, leading to reduced appetite and increased energy
expenditure.
Suppresses appetite
GLP-1 medications have been shown to help suppress appetite and reduce cravings by affecting the brain’s reward system. Specifically, they act on the mesolimbic dopamine system, which is responsible for feelings
of pleasure and reward associated with food intake.
The GLP-1 medication provided in the Elevate Program is applied with a pen with a small needle. The injection process is quick, and patients typically experience minimal discomfort akin to a small prick. The medication needs to be injected into the subcutaneous layer of fat beneath the skin, such as the upper arm, thigh, or abdomen. It’s recommended that patients rotate the injection site regularly. As the medication is protein-based, it cannot be ingested orally, as the digestive system would rapidly break it down, rendering it ineffective.
During the first injection, one of the program’s pharmacists will provide guidance via video call. If any questions or concerns arise about administering the medication, the program’s registered pharmacists are available to provide support. The medical support team can be contacted by emailing hello@tryelevate.sg .

While all medications carry some degree of risk of side effects, it is possible to reduce and manage the side effects associated with the medication prescribed by the Elevate Program through various lifestyle interventions. Common side effects include temporary symptoms such as nausea, headaches, reflux, constipation, vomiting, fatigue, and injection site irritation.
To assist patients in managing these side effects, the program’s medical support team will check in with them frequently at the beginning of the treatment process. The team is available to offer guidance and support on reducing side effects. If patients have any questions or concerns, they can contact the medical support team by emailing hello@tryelevate.sg.
Continuing the medication prescribed by the Elevate Program is recommended for long-term weight loss success, as it helps patients establish sustainable behavioural changes that prevent weight regain. The program’s objective is to ensure patients continue treatment until their desired weight loss goals are achieved and maintained. This will be discussed with your doctor during the check-in teleconsultations.
GLP1s are only suitable for individuals who fulfil certain criteria, including a minimum BMI of 27. You will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire at the start of the process and attend a metabolic assessment for our doctors to assess your eligibility. In the event that you are not eligible for GLP-1 medications, we will still be able to provide alternative medication and non-medication based treatments to support your weight loss goals. Speak to a member of our patient care team to learn more.
If you are already on GLP-1 medication or have an existing prescription, you may still join the Elevate program and obtain GLP-1 medication from us. Please reach out to our care team for more assistance either via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email at hello@tryelevate.sg.
